Who we are
AMO Programme is an organisation based on human capital. These are the people behind the production of the TLMs..
Kwaku Kwakye – Production Manager – since 2000
I started as assistant wood processing machinist. At a point in time I became a senior machinist and now I am the Production Manager. Working with AMO Programme has given me some experience and confidence. For some time now AMO is gradually moving teaching and learning to a higher level by providing TLMs and giving training to teachers. I foresee that AMO will very soon cover the whole country and also international.
“COMMITMENT is what transforms a promise into reality. It is the words that speak boldly of your intentions. And the actions which speak louder than the words. It is making the time when there is none. Coming through time after time after time, year after year after year. Commitment is the stuff character is made of; the power to change the face of things. It is the daily triumph of integrity over skepticism.” Abraham Lincoln
Joy Adjei Kafui – Employee – since 2007
I am happy to be working for AMO Programme, because it is different from carpentry work outside. It is also nice, because with our work we are helping young children to learn. In the meantime I am studying education. When I’ve finished my study, I will be back to help AMO move forward.
Osafo Michael – Employee – since 2007
I’m very grateful to be part of AMO. With different ideas and skills of the team, AMO is able to produce good and qualitative TLMs. The benefits of the AMO product count for every child, inside and outside the country.

I am very grateful to be part of the team of AMO Programme. Since I started school I have not been using this kind of materials before. So I’m very happy to be part of this team, AMO Programme. I think it will be very good, if every school in the country will get this teaching and learning materials. Thank you for this, I’m very happy. Goodbye!!

AMO is one of the best production companies to produce TLMs in west Africa, located in Ghana. AMO’s work has been helping a lot of schools to achieve their aims. I am sure that using the TLMs has helped a lot of people. Since you can see, touch and also use it easily, it will also help you to stick things fast into your brains.
